How God’s Grace is Changing Me

“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

~ Ephesians 2:8-9

As I read this verse, I feel comforted and assured that God is merciful and gracious. He is willing to save me and bring me back home as long as I am willing to change.

This verse also reminds me that when I should remain humble as it is by God’s grace that I am able to return to him. I did not return back to God out of my own strength and willpower but through the help of God.
